Charter Terms

1. CANCELLATION POLICY: As specified on the contract.

2. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: When, at request of the chartering party, any change in service results in an increase in miles or hours to that specified on the charter order furnished, an additional charge shall be made for all such additional service. Tolls, highway fees, etc. will be separate and be separate and additional elements in the determination of any additional charges.

3. DAMAGE TO COACHES: The cost of repairing damage to coaches resulting from acts of members of the chartering party shall be charged to the chartering party and is payable as soon as cost is determined.

4. ARRIVAL TIME: If any act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, peril of navigation, riots, strikes, acts of war, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road and other conditions beyond its control, make it, in the opinion of Michigan Charter Service LLC aka MCS, inadvisable to operate the chartered vehicle either from the place of origin or any point en route, Michigan Charter Service LLC aka MCS shall not be liable therefore.

5. EQUIPMENT: Michigan Charter Service LLC aka MCS maintains our fleet of coaches. All coaches are inspected prior to departure. If for some reason beyond the control of Michigan Charter Service LLC aka MCS, a mechanical failure of any kind makes necessary the replacement of a bus originally assigned to the charter service, the replacement coach may be of different type. In no case shall Michigan Charter Service LLC aka MCS be liable for consequential damages resulting from mechanical failure or delay.

6. DISRUPTIVE PERSONS: Michigan Charter Service LLC aka MCS reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or whose conduct is such, or is likely to become such, as to be objectionable to other person. Passengers shall not tamper with any apparatus of appliance on the coach.

7. DECORATIONS: Decorations to coaches must be approved by Michigan Charter Service LLC aka MCS. If approved, the Chartering Party will be responsible for the complete clean up of decorations.

8. EXPLOSIVES AND FIREWORKS: Explosives and fireworks shall not be carried on coaches or exploded or set off in or from coaches.

9. FIREARMS: Firearms shall not be permitted on the coach unless they are unloaded, an in a state such that they cannot be discharged. Firearms may not be carried on the person of any passenger even if said passenger possesses permits to do so within the laws of his/her state, excepting off-duty law enforcement officials required to carry a sidearm.

10. EXCESSIVE CLEANING: When the nature of the charter trip is such that a greater than normal amount of time and material will be necessary to clean the coach properly upon return to the garage, Michigan Charter Service LLC aka MCS, as its option, may require additional cost to cover such additional time and materials.

11. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit will be required should the chartering party request alcohol aboard the coach - Standard Coach - $100 / Deluxe Coaches $250. Upon finalization of the charter, this deposit will be refunded if no excessive cleaning is required.

12. GRATUITIES: Gratuities for our drivers are not included in the price of your charter, unless specified on the contract. Although driver's gratuities are customary, it is to the discretion of the chartering party based on the performance of the driver.

A COPY OF THESE TERMS MUST BE SIGN BY THE CHARTERING PARTY MEMBER AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION
